Win Warren
A graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in business administration and an M.A. in economics. Win is a highly accomplished and experienced business executive, real estate developer, educator, and entrepreneur. Win started his real estate career in 1977 developing multifamily apartment communities in rural America. His firm developed 45 projects throughout 8 states in the northeast. These projects were all financed through Farmers Home Administration (FmHA 515 program). Then in 1987, with a change in the tax code, Win devoted his energy to developing low-income housing tax credit properties. Through this program he developed 11 multifamily apartment communities. Then in 2000, he turned his attention to the assisted living arena in which he developed 50 stand alone memory care communities under the Autumn Leaves umbrella. Win then retired from the development business in 2017 selling the parent corporation to his youngest son. Discovering that he would never become a professional golfer, he came out of retirement to consult with first time developers trying to qualify for government financing. Win currently lives in Florida with his wife, Laura, and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and continuing to mentor young business professionals.
